30sqm Vertens 1937

Hi,
Congratulations on this excellent forum. I was wondering if anybody has any photos or plans of 30sqm built by Vertens in 1937? I am trying to compare it to my boat.
I am in the process of restoring a 30sqm windfall yacht allegedly built in Kiel in 1937 by P VERTENS Yachtwerft winning / schleswig.
I am attaching a picture of what would possibly be my boat couple of years ago. Can you identify the builder by looking at the design? It is around 10.5 meters LOA. I am not sure if the raised cabin is original. Can anybody recall any similar boat?
Any photos / plans or info is greatly appreciated.
